Compared to the SS...everything is standard...very few options inthe way of interior/exterior appearance or powertrain. Unless you're counting the floor mats and cargo nets and things like that. Hehe

I have the following options on my order that I did not see in the big list at the top:

FE9 Standard Federal Emissions
ROO Standard Invoice Bailment Hold
VY7 Standard Leather Shift Knob
MN6 Standard Manual 6 Speed Transmission
DCP Standard Directions and Connections OnStar Service
VK3 Standard Front License Plate Bracket

The manual transmission issue difference concerns me!

I also have ordered the optional 5-spokes, but prefer the black wheels, but am hoping the hot version on that carbon fiber concept come available. I was unable to add stripes or the exposed carbon fiber insert, as the insert was not listed and I wanted more info on the stripe appearance before I order.

Does ANYONE know if every single ZL1 will have only RED interior accent stitching??? Or is the stitching keyed by exterior color selection? I thought I saw interior pics of the White ZL1 that had White accent stitching...please comment?

According to the dealer guide, you get one interior color choice, black with suede with red stitching, and Carbon Flash metallic IP/door inserts.

Thanks. If by dealer guide you mean the "leaked" dealer reference guide, I am still not convinced that is Chevrolet issued. Can anyone validate if this is in fact official Chevy issue? In the Official interior documents I see no mention of RED or any other color stitching. I REALLY do not want RED stitching inside a Rally Yellow car! And they are going to suddently charge a premium for Rally Yellow paint? So I get to pay extra for a really mismatched car? No Way. I will change my color choice before I pay a premium for an exterior color that does not match the interior!!!

All ZL1 interiors will be the same for 2012. Black interior, Black Leather seats with black microfiber suede inserts and suede dash insert, black carpeting. Standard black leather on steering wheel, and gear shift knob and boot. OPTIONAL - Black Microfiber Suede on steering wheel, gear shift knob and boot. RED STITCHING will be standard on all ZL1 interiors, standard leather or optional microfiber suede interior. I added your codes to the list, thanks.

Does anyone have a clue about what to do to get it? It may not even open up until AFTER your build code (assuming you ordered a different color) gets to production stage!! Bummer? Gotta go with second choice color? DAYUM.
