This is why I keep my car STOCK other then cosmetic mods. cars are engineered, designed, machined and manufactured with metals to meet the tolerances of the parts that they ARE BUILT WITH and the known pressure that those parts will be subjected to!
I think many people forget that American automobiles have to be designed, and manufactured with three things in mind, need to make the MPG required by the Federal Govt and the buyer, need to sell it at a price that the target market can afford, and need to make it a product that the buyer wants which takes into account, performance, amenities, and durability. this causes decisions in every piece of material, metal and design they chose. Start playing around with the equation, you may get problems. You hope you don't, you hope their is some room to play in those tolerances, but that also depends upon driving habits.

I expect machinery to break on occasion, it happens, so far I have had a great experience with GM, they have covered all my repairs under warranty, and some were small, one big, new litters at 5000 miles. I extended my warranty based upon my experiences with them.
your trouble is very unfortunate, I feel for you, truly I do. I hope things work out for the best !

Combustion chamber oil consumption occurs during periods of high vacuum, such as closed throttle or idle.
You say your car does not smoke. Try following your car while a friend drives it down a steep road with the throttle closed and transmission in low gear.
At the bottom of the hill, blip the throttle. If you see blue smoke, it's cylinder walls, piston rings or valve guides.

Is bluing of the cam lobes normal?
The deposits on the intake valves looks excessive.
With excessive oil consumption and some instances of a dry dipstick, is it possible you ran so low on oil you damaged the engine?
Will a V6 score cylinder walls before spinning bearings during partial oil starvation?
Are the blued cam lobes a sign of excessive heat caused by low oil?
I have never had low oil light or low oil pressure. I have never seen elevated temperatures anywhere. The one time my oil did get low I caught it. So i keep oil in it and check it often

Just passing along old school ideas and suggestions. Warning lights/gauges are sometimes just a "you need a new engine" light.
You might be able to borrow a borescope from your C-17 crew chief and check it at the Auto Hobby shop on base..

If I stomp on it and get to about 5k rpm I can see some slight cloud of something. Cant tell what color. Maybe a light blue/gray. Hard to tell when looking through 5% tent. Un burnt fuel? Or is it a sign of bad seals or rings?

How does the car run otherwise? It could be that the tune put in too much spark advance, creating detonation, and pounding the ring lands or even cracking a piston.

If I were you, I would be taking all the mods off before bringing it in, and leaving them off. These new engines put out so much power already, and are designed for that power and no more. Most of the parts are cast, not forged. They don't design in room for extra power. That's makes the engine cost more for the consumer, with no benefit.

The light cloud of something could be oil, unburned fuel comes out black.
Try following your Camaro while a trusted friend stomps on it. Let it idle for a bit (5 min) before you stomp on it.
Post a video of the smoke if you see any.

Maybe they will help you maybe they won't. If they choose not to you really can't fault them. They paid you the first time and gave a new engine. You accepted that rather than send it back. Then after replacing the engine you modded your car. I would agree that if unmodded GM is responsible. However in this case they technically aren't any longer. The only difference is you have the ability to hide what you did to the car.

Sucks and hopefully it get's resolved but, you also have to take responsibility for modding the car and changing the tune. You have no way to know that you didn't help cause the issue happening now.

Bad rings most likely

Good luck with whatever you pursue.

Unfortunately, with a tune and those mods, and the general appearance of your car, GM is probably going to be inclined to think you flog that car all day, every day, and be far less likely to do much about it. I'm not saying you do or don't, but that's how they are going to feel about it.

I changed my oil last week and have driven 360 miles and it is not on the dipstick. To make matters worse I just noticed a 7 inch crack in the windshield down low in front of passenger.

This is the first car I bought on my own and my first new car and I am not having a good experience. Here are my issues so far after 72000 miles.
16000 miles: bad pressure plate, broken pressure plate springs, bad shift actuators, leaking slave cylinder
Took 40 days to get fixed and did lemon law. GM settled out of court by a cash offer.
After picking car up after 40 days I got the car home and saw leaking fluid and weird noise coming from under car. Turned out to be bad drive shaft and leaking coolant line

Couple thousand miles later. Blown engine!!
Now 50 thousand miles later my car is burning oil somewhere..

I am not happy at all. I feel like I am in a bad relationship or something. I am at a loss..
I will be taking it in to the dealer after flashing back to stock and removing just a couple mods. Hopefully covered under warranty..I can't afford this kind of issue right now

Dude with your history, you can use the Lemon law a get a refund or new car.
