NEVER bugged anyone at my dealer as Matt my salesman came to me from a post I made here at Camaro5 regarding GMS sale.
He called me anytime he got an update. I am sure he will call you when the time is right.

I have a few people at the dealer that I can bug and one on this website. Usally contact one of them every week for an update. I have only used the 1-800# once and it wasn't very helpful.
Don't dealers know their allocation number long before they can start submitting orders? I think it comes down to how much the dealer is willing to disclose.

Since ordering I've talked to my dealer twice-on May 30th and June 23rd. I check in when I get a feeling that movement has occurred. So far, so good.

Been sitting at 1100 for over 4wks now, found out yesterday dealer didn't have any allocations.
So...hopefully from what I've been reading, new allocations should come out any time. I'm anxious...can't wait. I try not to bug my salesman, I'm pretty sure he's tired of hearing from me...I hear it in his voice everytime I call....which is only once a week. I'm just gonna back off for now and see what happens. |

You're a paying customer and they are tired of hearing from you. I guess that pretty much sums up their business model. Do they really wonder why they continually lose market share?
The only people willing to put up with this are the die hard fans. Anyone else will go elsewhere. |

I ordered 5/7 I havent talked to my dealer since. Maybe i should be, but really, I'm not worried when it comes in. Ive taken the stance of when it comes in, it comes in.

My wife is buying the car as a gift. She has told my dealer to stop telling me anything, that I can wait for the surprise. He got caught in the middle and said OK. Poor guy. My updates have come to a stop! Last thing I knew was TPW 6/29.
