yep the car will never be the same. Anybody know if I can take this guy to court for his reckless driving? I mean the car was frekn new and he totally devalued it. Any members can chime in and advice me. Thanks.

Dude bummer that happen but u know what you are not seriously hurt for life or even worse and your car can be repaired. There are some things in life u cant control and you did the right thing. Ive worked service for toyota for people who wreck there cars and need new parts and let me tell you its a busy busy place to work. Lots of bad drivers out there. Before u know it you will be back out there with your baby hitting the streets once again.

x2 The whole side is screwed up so they're going to have to order the whole side skin anyway (which is a given if anything on that rear quarter is screwed) on top of a new door skin and front fender. Hopefully the u-joint in the rear diff on that half shaft didn't get gummed up. But it should be easier to fix than a solid rear end..

Only downside is that it's going to be ONE HELL of a repair bill..
