I haven't found a way if you can. You have to drop the wheel liner down to have enough room to install the scoop and tank (one of the bolts is impossible to get to underneath with the liner still in place) which requires removing some of the top screws above the wheel. I don't know about you but I can't get my arm in between the wheel and the fender.

I installed the scoop and just took the entire washer bottle and nozzles out... no relocation kit. This is always an option for you. I never used the washer anyway, so I just look at this as step 1 of weight reduction (a solid half pound)
