I haven't found a way if you can. You have to drop the wheel liner down to have enough room to install the scoop and tank (one of the bolts is impossible to get to underneath with the liner still in place) which requires removing some of the top screws above the wheel. I don't know about you but I can't get my arm in between the wheel and the fender.

I have had customers tell me that they were able to do it with the car on the ground and the wheel turned all the way to the right. To me it is just a lot easier to take the wheel of and not have to work around it.

The only cutting involved is a plastic panel that is not visible from outside the car. It is were the scoop accesses the front grill. Here is a picture after the cut has been made.

I installed the scoop and just took the entire washer bottle and nozzles out... no relocation kit. This is always an option for you. I never used the washer anyway, so I just look at this as step 1 of weight reduction (a solid half pound)

All that fluid is pretty hefty.
