personally i dont want a used car. But im need to wait until the end of next year to get my car. I just hope that they still have some good V6's left by november/December time. So just wondering if anyone thinks there will still be any left by then?

And do you guys think that the price would reach MSRP by then???

There is nothing like a brand new car. Including the price tag. Personally, I'm going to buy the first one I like.

Best advise, everything is negotiable, and never pay a dime over invoice.

Will every Chevrolet dealer have the new Camaro available? Are there certain ones? How do I go about finding out this info? "Key words for Google"? I honestly am lost when it comes to these things. I have never purchased a car, let alone a brand spanking new one!

I don't think there will be many dealers that won't have the camaro. Probably all of them will have at least one on the lot.

I don't think you will find anything like this on the web just yet. Not even the dealers can place orders for them yet.

GREAT QUESTION!!!

to lease, finance, or buy...?

buying is great no interest, but if you buy within a business it becomes an asset and your profit margin goes up and you get TAXED...

lease is good... pay for the car slowly and have the option to buy it back for additional charges, ABILITY TO TRADE IN FOR NEWER CAMARO...works very well for business because of the 650 rule... lease under 650 and it gets deducted from your profits putting you into a lower tax bracket AND you dont get taxed on the vehicle... but you have to pay APR

finance is great it basically is the bank buys the car and you pay the bank for it and you have to pay APR... you keep the car when the finance terms are up you own it like buying but pay for it like leasing... (the most expensive short-term, but the least expensive except for APR)

i will probably lease under my biz, for the no tax clause and for ultimatly the ability to upgrade into a gen v motor if comes out... im taking the risk... at the expense of a buy back feature...

you guys?

I've alway bought used. It's a great way to save money, but I just can't see myself being able to wait a couple more years for the Camaro. Plus I looked at what used Mustangs were going for compared to new ones and the price difference wasn't enough for me to consider used. That might be a good indication of resale value of the Camaro. To put it in perspective I saved about $12000 buying my RX-8 used as opposed to a new model. The price difference between an 05 Mustang and an 08 was only about $4000, and the 08 has more options available.

Buy - New...

Ive never owned a new car, and well I'm buying this car for fun and driving, NOT an investment.

That said, If i was wanting to go cheap power I'd get a used Stang GT and then supercharge it and add the goodies and save a ton o cash.. but I want style and power i dont have to mod to make. AND a new car.

Slave one....I sell Chevrolets in Houston TX. Sounds like you have never financed a car before in your name. That would be the biggest issue in buying a new camaro, rather than being "ripped off".
Also every G you put down lowers your payments by about 20-25/mo depending on how strong your credit is.

If this car goes on sale say.. March, April or whatnot.. when would you suggest would be the "Best" time to purchase one and get a good deal. End of the year, maybe??

Also, in your experience with Chevrolet, what do you think the warranty on these vehicles will be like?

Also, what do you mean by "What's $1000 in a monthly payment anyways?" Do you mean an additional $1000 over the length of the financing?

Cars are a terrible investment. That being said, I also am buying for fun, so mine will be new and will not have a 2nd owner till my kids drive it.
