Yup! I can use it on almost every page...but not the TPMs page looks like I have to go to the dealership and waste money!

Garret with Deerfield Tire is a really good guy, he's in Deerfield. That TPMS reset takes like 2 minutes. I have a 2010 and I can do it myself.

I'm sure they do. Did you ask why it won't go into learn mode like it's supposed to?

Some time in the 2012's and newer you can't relearn your tpms yourself anymore. The General took the self relearn option away from us. I found that out when I changed my wheels out on my '13 back in last September.

I just put my summer wheel/tire combo back on my car yesterday. Went to my local discount tire to re-teach the system. Discount tire does it for free, at least they do here in NC.

Oh, by the way...When you're in your tire pressure screen. You have to hold the reset button on the end of the stalk for what seems like eternity before it will ask you if you want to go into learn mode.

Yeah. They said aftermarket TPMs sometimes won't sync...I said "yeah I know, but the thing should still have the relearn ability"

Bottom line, tool or no tool, they have to fix the problem of it not going into learn mode. I would call GM if they won't fix that enables of it under warranty. You may have to pay the $40 once, but at least you will be able to do it yourself from now on.

If you know someone with the TPMS tool, you could test the sensors independent of the vehicle. That would tell you if they were transmitting. If you were closer, I would do that for you. As for getting the car into learn mode, that would be a dealer check.

That's what I told the guy!!! I said the new TPMs aren't from a GM dealership, but the car isn't going into relearn mode and that should be covered under warranty regardless of where the TPMs are from...these dealerships are ****ing ridiculous!!!
