How cheap is a brand new car? Get ready to cry:

Yes, $2000 and 55 mpg, seats 4 and goes 65mph. Sure it's a piece of shit, but what if you WANT a piece of shit? Too bad.
you can get a chevy sonic for well under 20k. granted, you can get the RS for about 20, but the lower models are still pretty good. and you also have the Spark, which is even cheaper.

Yes, there are base models, but most dealers only order a couple since the margin is low, and they take up space. So most gets options on them which increases the margin and makes more sense per sq ft of lot area.

I wish houses cost that here in the silicon valley. At the price of the z28 it is barely a down payment. This last week a 2 bedroom in San Francisco went for 600K over asking price.

Because "super expensive" is relative. When I was just out of college a new IROC Z was simply beyond my financial reach. Today, 25 years later, a new 1LE is comfortably within my means. Personally, being the original owner and knowing how the car was cared for from day 1, is well worth the cost of depreciation.

1. So you are on a Camaro forum. If you expected anything other than being poked at a little for driving a Honda and effectively saying Camaros suck, then you ought to rethink it a little. When you get that Camaro we will welcome you with open arms and suggest mods and want to see pics and all that. Until then, you might get picked at a some.

2. My car wasn't made in Mexico. Made where it's a little colder. Might want to get your insults correct.

3. And you are absolutely right. I am so wrong. My car was not worth $40,000 when I bought it. In fact, I didn't pay anywhere near that. I concede the argument.

I'm not seeing a huge difference, especially considering how anemic the MC is.
I agree! the Camaro is by far the better choice.

Last summer my daughter bought a 2014 Ford Fiesta for about $16,000. It has Sync, My Ford Touch, automatic climate control, Bluetooth, heated cloth seats, and many more nice options for a sub 20 grand car.

(Google image) But this is exactly what it looks like.

I sure hope Gm decides to deal. Sounds like you've got your poker face on.

Well I guess Im really a big wasteful idiot then right? Btw I just turned 29 last week (still young) and look at my signatue and what I drive? Everything except the G8 gt was purchased brand spanking new (yes by me) and was well well worth over 40k. So my ford diesel was not worth the 65k sticker price Im assuming correct? (Btw I didn't pay sticker), nor my 09 Z06 was not worth what I paid neither right (more than the ford diesel)? Amd my 2ss/rs ls3 was not worth 36+k ? Keep living bro your perspective will change or you will just drive a beater and live at home or in a fantasy.

Not bashing your opinion but just get a grip on reality

They are not super expensive (porsche Ferrari bentley maserati) are expensive to super expensive, not a mass production non luxury sport car. Secondly because some of us have decent paying jobs or inheritance etc. I work oilfeild so yes I spoil myself lol.
