The car all ready has 20's on it, 22's aren't that bad when you consider that. They look fine if done right, and if looks is what you're going for.

Why did you buy the Camaro? If you bought it to pimp it out, why stop at 22's? If you bought it for the muscle car it is, spend your money on something that will give you more horses.

One question though, are you going to drive it in the snow? If yes, then you will want better rubber than you can get on 22's. or even 20's for that matter.

My .02 cents.

Its your own opinion. Don't listen to people online of "what looks better" atleast ask something like "what performs better" because people are always gonna give you crap or say YEAH ITS SEXY or NO ITS LAME. My 2 centzzz

exactly. Im going with 22s. its not overkill, but chrome will be to much and to blingy get forged 3 pc rims if your pockets can handle it, if not alloys will do fine. dont do 24s lol thats getto IMO. also go staggerd. I went with 22s 10.5 rears and 9 fronts TSW jaramas nice rims, right now there at the paint shop to match my SS cant wait. Thinking about going with Detroit Speed susp kit also. to drop 2 in. But at the end of the day its what you like

good luck bro!!

my wheels (22's) weight as much as the stock 20's. and my tires are wider. my wheels are meant for the speed and handling.

And if you ask just about anyone around here, they'll opt for performance.
mine are for performance. theres a bad steriotype about large wheels. having done alot of research on large wheels before making my purchase, i found the right set of wheels that are large and lite. not only are they taller but they are wider and i can fit a 305 tire on the rear. do your research before buying wheels. find out how much they weigh. chrome wheels are going to weigh more. polished ,not as much. depends on who makes them also. mine are a 3 piece forged wheel. and ill guarantee, if someone replaces thier stock 20's, unless they do a forged wheel, my 22's will weigh less than whatever you put on.

Exactly. And some people forget the ZR1 Corvette comes with factory 20's and it seems to handle and accelerate just fine, with a very thin sidewall too.

So what 22's did you buy and what do they weigh?
