Probably should have kept my shut.

One way clutch on the crank pulley sounds like the ticket.

Ted should develop one and let me test it. LOL
We are running 80-28 and it actually flexes the blower forward and the belt tries to walk forward off the blower.

I have a brace from the crank to the blower to correct that issue we will be installing.

Ted.

I have the 80 tooth crank pulley ready to go on for the Texas Mile in October.
Getting a roll cage in and need to test my intercooler cooler before I do that.
I obviously haven't been able to view the belt in operation, but there hasn't been any wear or black dust after last years runs.

Has anyone seen that article with the YSI on the big block where they have the idler contacting the toothed side of the belt?

We are really pleased with the out of the box performance with more to come.

Your fuel system is here and will be going in shortly.

We are building a new pulley combination that should resolve the belt problems.

Yea i noticed you weren't running it at the track and Jack said he didn't see it in the engine bay. Well leaving off the trans brake alone should be good for a big improvement..
