The butt dyno didnt detect any noticable perfomance loss in stop and go driving from the heat. Maybe some other posters who have endured the brutal New England winters can chime in on the how well the CAI performs under extreme snow and rain.
Ok cool and what is a good website to purchase the Cai and the exhaust from?

I would pm Chase from Apex. They are a forum sponsor and see if he can give you a package deal on everything that you are looking for. When I first started on my mod binge as a new member and new Camaro owner, that was the advice that I was given by a longtime poster here (thank you rtcat600man). I am now passing on these words of wisdom to you. The student has now become the teacher. Good luck!

SW does make a chambered retro cat back for the v6. That said, MRT2 or what i did....Magnaflow resonated x pipe and muffler delete.

I have the MRT V1.0 with a K&N CAI. The MRT V1.0 sounds great to me. The K&N CAI has been great as well. The thing with the intake is if you don't like one take it off and put another on. Easy to install and they aren't terribly expensive. I got the K&N just to see if I would like the CAI and I love it. I'm going to keep it on for awhile. I may get a CAI Inc. one later on but right know K&N is working great!
