I know the paint shop sucks, but this might work. You might even take the black line from the fender stripes and run through the entire line to the rear.

Looks like a girls car. Add 3 flowers at the front smaller to larger and have them grow with the stripe. I think it would look very cute.

Less is More. Lets clean up those decals! To be honest the front hood/fender decal may have potential if handled right. I tend to like my cars clean with no decals or stripes.
