If you can't see a colored vehicle approaching you, then you need to get your eyes checked. I fortunately, have the gift of 20/10 eyesight which is a blessing and a curse, as I see stuff a lot of people can't. The only time my vision is ever hampered is with direct sun glare or high beams that are not aimed properly. But in broad daylight, I have no issues whatsoever seeing an approaching car.
