i got an idea, get some mace, or pepper spray and spray it all in his vents so when he puts the air on, he will start taking that crap in, sux to be whoever is in the car at the time.

yea wouldn't want your camaro to have more damages. Once a girl put lipstick all over my window, wipers and door handle. if it was my camaro i would had retaliated against her car.

Just buy a tire gauge with a button that lets air out. Then check his tire and/or tires, to make sure he has only 5 psi.

let time pass by. and after the whole situation has been forgotten go put a nail right under his tire at a 45 degree angle so it will get stuck and eventually it will lose air when hes far from your house, he'll never think it was you.

I think I got him to agree to pay for at least half the damages but he already took off and I see his car parked here maybe 2 days out of every other week. Tomorrow I"m going to the local police department to make a record of it.

What a pain :(

The actual ding is about the size of a dime and the dentless repair guys gave me an estimate of about 75 bucks.

OK for 75.00 go get it fixed and buy a nice bag of sugar, add one or two cups of alcohol warm up on stove and poor solution into gastank for a total replcement of the D&^$ Heads engine, fuel system and whatever else it breaks........

Now move out the same day you do this and his car will break about a day or so later.......... Priceless and very childish, don't do this please just an example of Karma...... hehehe

only thing you can really do that involves 1up-ing him while still holding legal ground would be to put up a huge sign that somehow warns the other neighbors of the altercation... you can use colorful language and generalizations, but remember to not use his name... perhaps using his apartment number in conjunction with his attitude... for example:

TENANT IN 13B WILL VANALIZE YOUR PROPERTY IF NOT A ________ (insert make/model vehicle)!!!
