Black Suburbans are being dispatched as we speak. I believe Scott had GM's legal team go after another lemon law billboard that did the same thing.

Thanks for posting this...that was the identical poster that was "addressed" a while ago.
I'm sure they'll get after this one, too.....

EDIT: In fact, I saved that old picture before it was taken down....these are the SAME people!!!

The mailslot, the bumblebee stripes, the V-shaped front end, the Camaro grill...
all they didn't put was the bowtie and the SS on the grill.
I have been mad about this since I saw it several months ago,
but never had the chance to take the photo (on a 70 mph interstate--dangerous!)
and put up the post.
I am glad everyone agrees with my opinion, that this is just SLANDER.
The same cartoonish drawing IS on their website, which says they cover several states.
Their main office is here in Scott, LA (Lafayette area).
I am embarrassed by this, frankly.
The artist could have drawn an "any-car" drawing for this ad,
but no way can we tolerate such an obvious drawing of our Camaro!
Thanks to all the folks who are helping; I didn't know what to do about it.

Folks...don't spam their mailbox. It won't do any good but irritate them.

They won't take it down based on a few emails -- they paid good money to get it up there. Let..."higher powers" take this head on.

Yeah, I'm not sure if it's slander or libel or whatever, it's just WRONG.
Hopefully GM can make them take it down and also off the law firm's website.
It's their freakin' logo!

Yep...GM was asking about this billboard a while back.

I wonder what ever came of that.

I mean...it's still there. either GM didn't follow through, or they somehow didn't have ground to stand on.
