For future referance. Shutting an overheated car off for a few minutes to cool is about as useful as not shutting it off at all. Even with aluminums heat transfer qualities it takes your engine quite awhile to cool. Unless it's dangerous to stop immediatly you should stop immediately. Good luck

for the record, when your car is overheating, repeatedly turning it off and on will probably do more damage than just driving it to a nearby area where you can turn it off.
As for problems, your engine obviously didn't seize, and your dealer is probably competent enough to notice any damage like head gaskets etc.

I think you'll be fine
