Wow, that sucks... Hopefully she had insurance at least and it sounds like you are alright as well which is the most important.

My parents live in Upland.. I grew up there. I work over in Rancho Cucamonga

I just got off the phone with my insurance...the girl who ran the light is saying "I" ran the red light...since there is no police report...her insurance don't believe me...ahh man...this just turned UGLY!
