I traded in a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 Z71 to Days Chevrolet in Acworth, Ga for mine had to use there pic because I dont have any of it dammit.

I gave up a 98 BMW 540i with 109k on it.. and a 97 Camaro SS, T-tops, auto and 78k.. did alright on the trade in with the camaro..but took a butt kickin on the bmw.. but it was well worth it...this is my FIRST new car i'ver ever bought..and worth the wait!!!!

Not one single penny. Cheap loan rates make it better to continue to invest my cash at a higher growth rate then waste it on a new car. But truth be known, I was just adding to my collection. 4 weeks after buying the Camaro I bought (and own outright) a 65' Corvette....and just bought a 67' Nova....those are truly money in the bank.
But I've traded over the years....just at a different point in life when I can collect rather then swap cars...most of us have all had our "just need something that runs" days. |
