Let me answer for #3. Check out what Ford has done every time a Chevy or GM product becomes the benchmark. Chevy or GMC will keep upping the ante. I'll lay odds on the HD coming to market.

BTW, that other thread started by Tran is bubkis. Winter testing? HA! GM does Winter testing way up North in Canada. There isn't even snow in the background of the picture. Where GM does Winter testing there has been snow since October. This simple fact proves this is not the vehicle everyone keeps saying it is because it couldn't possibly be Winter testing.

I would agree, but I have a feeling that they'll wait for the NG full-size trucks. I could be wrong.
