They are fine when it's cold but not good in the rain.

Wife told me i'd have better luck calling the wizard of OZ to order any car parts...while I am there, than her.. said she was going to hijack my wallet and leave me credit card-less for when I am out there. LOL It must have something to do with all those MODS i've been doing all year long...

Come to think of it, there really isn't too much I need for the car, now that I added the spiffy new Pedders supercar shocks..

on second thought, I still could use: (in no particular order)
Racing Brake rear rotors
New rear end
Drive shaft
longer Wheel studs
meth/water injection kit
Oil catch can
racing seat
roll cage
racing harness

Damn... she's gonna kill or divorce me!
It not too bad livin out here in the dog house you get used to it after a while!

Speed I am courious how much of a difference the gears make for your car in the 1/4.

Actually the NT05R drag radial probably isn't too good in the rain.

The NT05 street tire is pretty good in the wet conditions. I have used these at the road track and ran about 12 wet laps and they work pretty good. I was still pushing 125mph on the straights and braking about the 300ft mark. I feel confident with the NT05's in the wet. I can't speak for cold weather, as I haven't seen that yet with these tires on.

I will definitely find out next friday. It may not be a fair comparison though. I only ran it a couple times last year with the stock wheels & tires and no traction. I ran a 12.4. This time I have a short throw shifter, ZR1 clutch, HD shafts & bushings, 3.70 gears, lighter wheels & drag radials. I am hoping to be mid 11's.

Okay, rehashed subject but... who has catch cans? I was looking at Elite Engineering's one that on sale for $150 w/free shipping. How often do these need to be emptied on our cars on aggressive 2.5 mile/13 turn road course? I noticed one example picture showed a Pedders car.

Really want a polished one (billet prototypes sells one), but Elites seems real good.
