Anyone know the law for halos in Texas? Been here for a month and haven't had a problem but a state trooper pulled me over for green halos tonight

Hit up the website when you get to San Antonio and introduce yourself. Our club president will get in touch with you and let you know of upcoming events.

Met a SATXCamaro club member today on the road. First time I've actually experienced another Camaro driver actually waving, talking or even bothering to acknowledge another Camaro on the road. In the next few weeks I might have to drop in to check the group out.

If they were green, you can get a ticket.

Front can be white, yellow, or amber ONLY. ...so says TX code. Stock halo's are fine and if they pull you over for that, pull out your phone and start recording dude. GM wouldn't put "off road only" items in stock cars. In fact, by law, they can't. Has to meet or exceed all standards set forth by the gov't. So if they are stock, you are fine. If they are green, you're screwed.

August 9, 2014: SACC visits the Ruins of the Silver Spur Dance Hall in Bandera, TX during a 150 Mile cruise following Saturday's early morning Coffee & Cars. 21 Camaros participated in C&C, while 16 went cruising for the day. Lunch was in Fredericksburg, TX at Cranky Frank's Barbeque Company. The hot day with hot cars ended with some cool ice cream treats at Dairy Queen.
