Maybe you should watch your mouth so you dont stick your foot in it.

A drop in K&N cold air intake, tune, exhaust and tires etc are all be fairly inexpensive and easy to do mods = lightly tuned.

Its the FI that (turbos/superchargers), cams, shafts, rods, rear ends, and or nitrous that equals "heavily tuned"

If you would like assistance with any further definitions..id be happy to oblige.

You mean everything except:

Larger throttle body
Long-tube Headers
Port and or/ polished heads
Cam-swaps
Cat-less mid pipes
Nitrous injection
weight stripping

True and when all was said and done USA today did a review of like 64 seperate car reviews comparing the two and picked the 2010 Mustang as the over all winner.

However, i am waiting for the 2011 Camaro..i will concede that. I heard there wasnt much coming though...a new color and HUD display. Dont get me wrong, i LOVE tech...those HUDs are very cool but thats a different discussion than performance.

Simply changing out the intake filter, exhaust, minor suspension mods and a tune is pretty lightly modded.

I'd consider longtubes w/ catless mids, larger throttle body and such in addition to the above to be "moderately modded"

And FI/cam swaps/head swaps etc would be "heavily modded".

Definately.

On the other hand you made a good point....my car has so much tech i am sure tons of it came from over seas. But nothing beats the Synch/touch screen combo not even the more expensive cars from Lexus, mercedes, etc etc.

I had the guys over on the BMW forums drooling over my system once they saw what it did (in a discussion about how the 2011 5.0 matches an M3 in performance)...they had to concede that they had just always "ASSUMED" theirs was better because it was an import....but when they saw the demonstration videos....they admitted they were wrong.
