Glad to see everyone is anticipating the emergence from hibernation.

I have a new painted shark-fin antenna and some side marker lights on the way from Showstopper. I think the sidemarker lights won't be a big deal, but I'm a bit concerned about pulling the headliner down to do the antenna. Have any of you done this? I found a thread with a DIY: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43485

I am also considering buying the Showstopper mirrors. How hard are those to install? Those of you who have them, do you like them? Would you do it again if you had it to do over?

It's all worth it. Warrantys don't last as long as the cool anyway.

When the dealership installed my remote start, they used three people to pull down the headliner. They said it was the hardest part of the entire install, they said if it got creased or damaged in any way they would have to take out the windshield to install a new one. So it can be done, you just have to be very careful.

Glad to see some signs of life! I was getting tired of seeing this thread slip down the page from lack of activity-- we have a reputation of being the Great Lakes forum's chatterbox to uphold!

Yes, we still need to have our *holiday* get-together. Maybe turn it into a pre-Mod Day planning session, too??

I am going to have a pre-Mod planning session at C5Fest II.

Got a lot of great ideas at SEMA, but no idea who made what. Makes it kind of hard to buy the stuff. Ya know what I mean?

Were you at SEMA? I was there but didn't hook up with the C5 group there.

Yeah came in on Thursday and left on Tuesday after SEMA. Cramming SEMA into 2 days was just too much. I did the dinner with the C5 crew.

When were you there?

Thanks Mike!

I have a pretty extensive list of events this year. We will have plenty to keep us busy!

I am going to bring the list to the TBD holiday meeting. I will also have some other ideas th discuss at the meeting. For example, future mod days, a spring cruise throuh southern Ohio/northern Kentucky and this years Hocking Hills trip.

Who's interested in another dyno day? Maybe I can beg Craig to be so gracious to hold another one!

Stay tuned...

Dyno Day,........

But only if someone finds another cooler in the back alley

The hp's are getting so high down there, he'll have to make up two or three categories. How does a 400 hp car compete with the monsters like the F1R that's about to come to life down there.

I added Mid Ohio to my list. I'd be willing to get there early and claim some tent space for a group. I already had the SuperFest on my list.
