I could not get a room at the host or secondary host hotel, but did book with La Quinta Inn on Executive Dr for $79 per night!

make sure if you call for La Quinta Inns the one on Executive Dr. Which is close to the host hotel!

I check bed bug registry for any reports at all hotels before I will stay there. Happy to announce Wyndham, Courtyard and La Quinta all bed bug free or at least no reports of bugs!

JUST AN FYI:

I also check reviews of the hotels and found the La Quinta had tons better reviews than Ramada did. That is why I booked at La Quinta Inns.

My apologies for the apparent confusion with the Ramada...

We're still not sure how your being told they're sold out - but it's not.

If you're interested in staying there, please try again - the hotel manager has attempted to make sure everyone's on the same page.

My apology i looked on the website and on the date of the fest they said they were sold out but i called and got my reservation!! Im hoping a lot more camaros are staying there also

There should be a few dozen, at least. If not - don't worry...you'll have PLENTY within a few hundred feet.

I think the host hotel sold out in 36 hours, if I remember correctly....and the first overflow within a couple of days.

IF people still need rooms - please don't forget that you can reserve with the Ramada.

You might also want to call the Wyndham, and Courtyard....there may have been a cancellation since they filled up weeks ago.
