hey guys, how diy you guys goes about testing your lights?
I have one connected lol but cant seem to disconnect it so I was jsut wondering if anyone knew how to disconnect the lights male connector from the female connector

But a flat head screw driver between the side that has a split in it and lift that side up and pull apart.

alright so I was playing with the lights, havnt started the car in 2 weeks, well I ran my battery down/ Jump started the car, only thing is the windows wont index.
Anyone care to point me on how to reset that?

Does the light pipe slide fairly easy once it's in the plastic tube? I don't want to snap the end of the GM LED off when tweaking it.

I broke 2 LED's doing this. I found the best thing to do when twisting is to hold the actual vinyl tube that connects the LED and the light pipe. If you hold the vinyl tube then just the light pipe twists.

Here's where I'm at for the moment....I still wanna fiddle with the drivers side. I did bend the lightpipe to form fit, but I'm still not 100% happy with it. Also, I'm going to work on a better fix than tape for the passengers side spacing.

Also need to get the door panels off to complete the look.

Anyhow, onto the pics :

is that the 2 Gm leds on both sides for the passenger side? And did you have to sand at all?

There are 2 GM leds on the passenger side...no sanding...did it TAG's way!

Can't believe you didn't sand that, it looks really good. Did you bend the passenger side tube as well or no?

Passengers side tube needs no bending....just gotta play around with the way the tube lies and the spacing for the trim panel.
