ABL is in the dash. Don't know if any adjustments will need to be made until it gets dark. Will post pics later tonight.

getting it in is the easy part. its getting the light EVEN all the way accross. Thats what F'ed me up. I had a thin spot in the middle and really wide, bright spot near the passenger edge. Not acceptable.

Yes, please share some pics, i'd like to do this to mine at some point. I'm just not going to have Jason do it.

I ended up ordering the LED interior replacment bulbs and the footwell lights from ebay for 17 bucks total. We'll see how they come out.

Got the ABL in, everything is great except the position of the panels. I haven't quite got the spacing right, especially on the drivers side panel. I'm also going to tape off the bottom and sides so that the light only shows at the top and not around the sides.

See... now the fun begins. No offense here but I got mine better than that and still ripped it out.. I am a total perfectionist! Good luck, keeping fiddling with it. I have seen ones that are PERFECT... I just couldnt get it.

I'm having issues with the adhesive tape on the panels too, not sticking right. That's why its so uneven. The panels pulled completely away from the clips when I tried to pull them off. I'm going to buy some double sided 3M and re-tape it all. Use it as a spacer too.

Oil change = too much fun

Hey everyone, no exciting mods going on here, but I figured might as well give the thread a bump... my husband did an oil change on the Camaro today and had some fun! Usually he does this in front of the neighbors' house - these are right in (and coming out of) our driveway...

LOL! My husband went down the street, and did what you described... he was so disappointed!

He says there's a reason why he doesn't drive my car often. I said, "Yeah, we'd be spending a fortune in tires!"

I was too! I did it in front of a few people that were egging me on. One has a G8 GT with the LS2 and I failed! LOL

Thats not a cavalier. Its a 90's Galant VR4. Actually very cool cars. They had the Turbo Eclipse engine in them and all wheel drive. That car is probably getting some mean motor work done to it.
