It's quite obvious here, that Scott has been kidnapped and is being held in the trunk of a stolen IVER Camaro by IrocZlover; and following that, we can see her clearly in her getaway car, with the stolen Iver in the foreground...obviously too fast for that Mustang, even in test-mule form.

The scrambler they are using is old and antiquated but I think our intel folks have come up with the encryption key so we can decrypt the cryptic message, so it won't read cryptically...
