I wouldn't care if this car was delivered with dog shit on the front seat. I'll clean it off and kick my salesmans a$$ and ride off into the sunset with my Camaro. (he should have kept a better eye on my car lol)

Scott, Thanx. We do appreciate the unprecedented decision to keep us in the loop.
I couldn't have said it better myself.
And without putting the disclaimer "this is not an actual production model, production model may vary" on every picture of the Camaro, i already understood that. Because, unlike many people, i understand many things get changed between concept ideas, real world tests, and final production.

So easy enough to say then do, but when Scott speaks, i listen, understand, and don't make a judgment until the car is in my driveway. Until that day, and even beyond...

Keep up the great work Scott! It may not feel like it at times, but we ALL are rooting for you, and the whole Camaro Team!

Btw, any new news on the convertible?

Sorry to hear then, that it's aimed at us. I hope ALL that come to this site and those of us members on this site read it.

I'm not sure I have criticised anything Camaro, I have criticised other people's comments a few times however. I wish the car was available sooner and ABL and Hurst were available at launch. However they are amenities, not neccessities. I can do without them and add later. We all know there has been many complaints and they will surely continue, that's human nature.

May I suggest the link be e-mailed to all members so it doesn't get overlooked.

Scott, even if you guys never do it again, it was truly a pleasure.

Maybe we could set some ground rules if ever there's a next time

That's not the issue...for anyone. Criticism is welcome. FbodFather is focusing more on the attitude with which these criticisms are being stated. There are some who would rather panic and start bombarding GM, Chevy, or Scott+friends with insults and diminuitive remarks rather than just comment on the topic. It's frustrating and hurtful to say the least.

I, too, hope everyone reads that at some point.

Excellent posting. If it is worth anything....I loved the entire process and hearing from you the thought process that went into this 21st century Sports Car. And as the end result congratulations from not only us but the entire industry is in order. It was a job well done by all of you. And your involvement and communications have made this car so much more than metal and plastic to me. As I posted earlier. This car is about people. GM employees and customers. You have made it personal for me and that is a part of my love for the Camaro. Scott you rock, and thanks for putting up with all of our panic attacks. :bangdesk:

I think we're going to be better, collectively on this. We're all eager to see these cars in driveways and garages. If we can hold it together another month-or-so, I think we're going to be fine

Sometime's a "friendly reminder" is necessary for all of us.

Sometime's it's too easy to overreact and wrongly criticize when you (general public) don't know all the facts. :(

I'm looking at Scott's comment's, and the basis for them, as a learning and growing experience for everyone here.

We will all be better if we read, give some serious thought to, and practice, what Scott has written.

Scott, Jon, Dave, Ed.

Don’t be tempted to let the words of a few speak for the many. I fully realize the need to correct as much misinformation as possible, and in a timely manor. But looking back at past posts that contain complaints about OUR beloved Camaro, I have noticed that the majority does not respond. Could this be apathy? I personally don’t believe so, but rather not wanting to commit to an issue without all of the information. Gentlemen I applaud your efforts and all you have accomplished so far. I am very proud to be part of Baseball, Hot Dogs, Apple Pie and Chevrolet.
