Thank god for maureen and Rogers, will probably have the grille delivered before car arrives.

The 45TH i saw this morning has a metallic finish to it...

the answer is that we have a metallic finish in ours... its like a semi gloss metallic.

That lower grill is the production version for your car (2LT)!

The SS version is the one you see in the members' photos. That's why most people who get the Heritage Grille have an SS.

Didn't realize that. Very nice to know. Getting my herritage installed this weekend. I will post pics after it's done.

I was going to do it myself, but I am not exactly handy. I would rather not end up scratching up the front end or end up snapping the grille apart mid process. That's the kind of luck I have.

I'm glad I found this thread. As I await my 2LT 45 A.E. I am trying to picture it with red side stripes, then with silver stripes (the factory hood stripe colors). I had no luck getting help on another thread so i'll copy my post below:

I figure I'd at least post with the heritage grille in here. I will work on better pics to show the stripes/paint combo, just need a better day for that. I will throw in a few others since I love the car

Yes to both. I dislike them as well and have ordered mine with the stripe delete option.

The stripes kind of grow on you and set it apart from other Camaros. With that said I do admire anyone who chooses a less traveled path.

Exactly. I wasn't crazy about them when the marketing pictures came out but I love them now.

Making arrangements to trade my black 2010 camaro in for a 45th. I can't decide to keep or remove the stripes.

Anyone also have a pic of the 45th with ground effects installed?
