Yeah, but it is a $ 3,185 option, which is pretty steep just to get leather- they make you get the guages and other stuff to get leather. Now 2SS also includes the $ 450 option for the Boston sound, which I would get in any event, so really the bump over a Boston sound 1SS is $ 2,735. If you subtract the $ 850 that Txturbo charges for aftermarket leather (if that is typical and includes the rear seats also), you are paying $ 1,885 for the console guages, heated seats, steering wheel controls, etc.

I don't have a problem with cloth seats when they are new, but I know that they would look like $hit in a few years in my daily driver Camaro, and wouldn't clean up like leather would.

Also, aftermarket seats wouldn't be covered by the warranty, and you should be careful about knowing how good the quality is.

I would also get a 1SS with leather if available, but the General makes you buy a big option package to get it. Just another part of the GM recovery plan.
