Nope have not received that either, told Chris to ship it with everything else. Starting to wish that I had not told him that. Oh well

Guys, I cant say it enough that we are working on your kits to get them shipped out as quickly as possible. I would rather loose a little money on these kits to make sure they are perfect than ship these kits out to you and then they dont fit or have issues with them like other shops have had. I know I have said and told a few of you different ship dates, but only to fall thru due to vendor info being wrong. I can bet you 150% that if you guys had these kits and there was a issue you all would be posting even more complaints than just complaining about delivery time. Like I have said before we have installed a few on local customers cars to make sure there are no issues and everyhting is sorted out and just waiting on a few items to be finished up. You will be recieving your kits shortly.
thanks for your patience,

Chris

I would be in that shop all day and night trying to get stuff done. That really ticks me off to hear something like that, since i am always telling my guys about customer appreciation and satisfaction.

We are not a "start up " company. We have been in business for almost 4 yrs now. However we have just relocated into a larger facility and once that happened our work load has tripled. I have 3 full time employees and looking to hire another full time fabricator to help with the overload with these turbo kits. As far as my vacation, My wife and I plan our vacations a year in advance. My vacation has absolutely nothing to do with our customer service nor my business, and furthermore my empolyees are at the shop working with my newly appointed GM running the shop.

Maybe keep me in the loop instead of letting me think we are waiting on turbos for weeks and weeks. And when you can't ship my kit again and again let me know in advance Instead of taking 11 days for me to find out from from someone else that you're on vacation. .

That erked me.
Alright I'm done.

Have A wonderful vacation Chris.

I can tell you first hand that these guys are legit. I have talked to Chris and Jody at the shop as we are further advancing my car. Yes sometimes communication with all businesses can break down. I can assure you it is not a reflection of the quality of work these guys do. I started my build in may and we are still not through with my car. I have been as impatient as you guys calling and calling but the more you call and your on the phone with HPS the more delay your going to have with your product. I have just been introduced to Jody at the shop and I will have to say I'm very impressed with his knowledge and honesty on everything I'm doing to my car. I have had a few bugs and Chris has been on it from the moment the issue was made to his attention. I understand that you want your car for camarofest but I'm sure you would rather have kit perfect than to rush for that. Always remember good things come to those who wait and I'm sure once you guys get this in you will be happy..

If you're that stressed about as I would be too, just call your CC company and dispute the charge. They will more than likely refund you the money then you can move on to something else.

He didn't say he was stressed. If waiting on parts stresses people out then they chose the wrong hobby...

Of course he's stressed. Gee, he spent 5 or 6 grand on something that hasn't came in months when he was initially told something like three weeks. I'd be more than freaking stressed.

My response to the second half of your post? BS! I've spent almost $13K on my car between engine mods and cosmetic upgrades. Never once did any vendor let me down on delivery times.

I realize that Chris isn't the reason for the massive delay. But he is the man in front of the curtain which means he's the one that's gonna have to take the pie sliggings as they come. It's all part of being in business.

I can name atleast 10 people right now on this site that are waiting on parts, or engines, or turbo kits( besides this one). They just dont make threads about it. There is a guy that has posted in this thread that has waited over two months for a different vendors turbo kit and when they sent him the kit last week it wasnt even the right kit and that large company has been making the 5th gen kit for 2 years. This happends all the time is what im saying. Ive been waiting well over a month for a company to send my heads that was supposed to be here in two weeks. I could do this for days. Dont get me wrong im sure the Op is annoyed I get that..all I am saying is waiting on parts should be annoying not stressful.

I knew someone that got run over by a truck once.....but it won't make me feel any better if it were to happen to me.

Stuff happens...people have opinions on it....you shouldn't let their opinion stress you out so much.

Its stressful to have a time frame laid out and the only thing stopping me from reaching my.goal is the main part that is taking 4 times longer than what they promised.

I needed it done before the fest. He knew that. He went on vacation.

I'm not annoyed. I'm mad
