I have the 2lt, Bought it used and it was in a accident ,Had 17000 miles and was a former rential car,Since it was a rential i also got a 6 year extended warranty from the bank, This was over a year ago now, I got this baby for under $20,000 . It was in good shape but needed some good old fashion elbow grease, Now this car is in showroom condition, I keep it so clean that very seldom do i see a cleaner car ,and if i do i know it is time to get to work, I got such a good deal that the state of Wisconsin worte me back saying they didnt believe me and to prove it or else they would be making me pay more in state taxs, haha

Nowadays, car makers are putting new technology that isn't fully tested and worked out the "kinks" into the cars because that's what appeal to customers.

Every company has some bugs or kinks to work out. I do believe in room for "Improvement" in a product. That makes it that much more worth getting. Who doesn't like quality over quantity?

My 1LT was a killer deal. it was purchased at 100miles with GM Warranty plus because it was certified preowned, I received another 12/12,000 bumper to bumper warranty that makes it 4/48,000 and i purchased the extended warranty to get that up to 5/100k. I'm a sales rep that travels a lot, i'm a road warrior so the V6 was a good choice and because the company pays for my monthly payments and gas. Going for the SS would've put a bad impression on my boss and expensing my gas would be questionable.

My boss drives a Mustan GT so he wasn't that impress with my V6 but said I made a great choice!

2SS...not planning to mod, so I needed the most power I could get for what I could afford.

It is a blank slate and I like to make my car unique and add the things I want without overpaying at the dealership. I can have anything I want and make it look just the way I want and have the satisfaction of doing the work myself.
