Valet key?

Did you have to request a valet key, or is it stashed somewhere in the car? I don't see any reference to valet keys in the owner's manual.

Thanks

haha, this thread makes me laugh... anyway, for the people who don't want to leave their keys sitting out in the open when you go for a swim, why can't you just put it in a small waterproof container while you swim and keep that container with you. I'm sure somebody has invented a waterproof wallet/key holder by now...

yep.... http://www.waterproofcases.net/603.html

I see there is no valet key but does anyone know if you can get a key made without the FOB? I'm thinking about putting on an aftermarket alarm which will come with it's own FOB. I would like to have just the key to go with it instead of carrying around 2 FOBs.

Thanks for showing pics of what it looks like behind the rear bowtie. Damn...it looks like I'll have to have the wholes filled and painted before I can put an SS emblem on the back.

What did you put the bowtie for?
