One of the cars with 600 miles on it went at Mecum in Indy (May 2012) for 54k. It had already been through 2 owners.

Check this one out. Asking $39K (and they have been for a long time)

If it had been a stick shift I would have made them an offer.

The Nieman wheels should be there for service. Those exact dale jr ones never went to production, but I like them better with the black... wish my HotWheels 21" had the polished windows... otherwise they would be same.

All told, that design was released in 5 flavors. 1 Nieman. 2 polished. 3."hotwheels" with black with machined face and red stripe. 4. Silver with red stripe & machined face. 5 grey w/ machined. The Nieman is same as #4, but has polished window edges.

The same wheels were also offered on the XM edition. Which was a stripe and wheel package that came with a prepaid subscription to XM radio. Only difference is they didn't have the red stripe.

They've been making NM versions of Camaros since at least back in the 4th gen. I remember seeing them in the catalog.

He has made some nice additions to this car, but with many for sale in the $38K- 54K range and the ZL1 out now. I don't think it will sell for 80K.

yeah, knowing this, it will be tough. he does have a few things going for him. like being one of the first 12 built. I think it being a manual helps as well. and 800miles on the OD. Probably won't get 80 though.

Another showed up on the bay today.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2dr-C...orcev4exp=true

Someone thinks it's worth $10K. The dealer has other ideas.

If I remember correctly, neiman marcus has a "special edition" each year. Make/Model different each year and usually hits the market a few months before Christamas.
