Not knocking it. Would rather pay the extra few grand and get a better looking car.

I think we would start a gang of Camaro owners and destroy ALL pink Camaros.

I just remembered a story of a guy talking to me at a gas station.

I was filling up the Sonic's tank (takes like $30) and a guy pulls into the parallel pump in a ugly green Spark. He asks me how I like it (my Sonic). He then goes on and says that he bought the Spark for his daughter and she refuses to drive it because it's so ugly.

That looks like a present-day Geo Metro. My mom bought one new back in '94 when I was in high school, that car was great on gas and great in the snow.

It doesn't look like a Geo Metro at all.

Cruze engine lineup was always 1.8L for the LS and 1.4T for LT/LTZ/Eco.

Hint: Don't buy the 1.8L. With either the Sonic/Cruze.

And Spark is doing ridiculously well in terms of sales for its segment, so...

And I don't find if difficult at all. the cruze gets going pretty well in first and second. I usually like to avoid situations where I pull out in front of other cars because you never know what can happen to that left foot in a split second.
Wrong: the 1.8 is only on the LS, the 1.4T comes in every other model. The eco is the lightest Cruze and is in the neighborhood of 3200 pounds, others are 3300 plus.. the sonics are around 2900 pounds. Both are actually pretty heavy for their classes.

I 100% disagree, the Spark is just a horrible little car, horrible looks, horrible interior and the gas mileage is frankly disapointing. if they are selling I am sute it is on price alone. On the other hand the Sonic and Cruze are both excellent cars. While the Cruze would not be my choice in it's class, the Sonic more than likely would.

I bought my Sonic almost a year ago, and it's been great for what it is. It's the LTZ Automatic, with the turbo...so it's sporty & fun to drive. Not as fun as the Camaro, but I also don't mind the gas milage difference from the SS.

I'm not sure yet if I will be keeping it for long term, though...I would prefer to have an AWD car as my daily driver, so it may be traded in for an Audi Q5 or A6/S6.

I highly doubt anyone on this site is even close to the Spark's target market.
