I NEVER expected to have them even this week much less by now ......I did however expect someone to honor what they said and at least have them shipped this week or the 24 hours I was promised ........Again I ordered the wheels on Monday and basically there aren't shipped yet after being promised they would ship in 24 hours, once on Monday and again on Wednesday.

As for reimbursing me read the email from Phastek

Your order will be shipping today, we should have tracking for you later this afternoon. The wheels are in-stock but sometimes take about 24 hrs to ship. There is no problem with your order.

Then cancel (for free).. you obviously haven't given them much of a chance to contact CA and find out what went wrong.

They have had 4 business days to find out why the wheels have not shipped from California as I was told ........MONDAY and again WEDNESDAY.

No they haven't... you ordered on Monday and 24hrs is Tuesday so the 1st logical time to check is late Tues or Wed and you had communication with them on Wed so no you're still way out of line. If I don't see cancellation early Monday you are on your own.

Had the same issue with some parts i ordered on the 16 of this month. Had i not called to check my order stauts id still be waiting for my parts that were not going to be shipped because they never sent me the address verification needed to complete the order. At least they were nice and only charged me 3% to cancel an order they never even began to process. ill take my business elsewhere!!!!!!!

Well there is the problem. Today is only the 5th of this month, so you ordered them in the future by 11 days.

you paid 1200 for the factory reproductions zl1 replicas.. if so u should of just gone directly with them... i paid around 1000 for mine with lug nuts.. unless there price has gone up since there release i say you sir got ripped off for 200 dollars plus a pain in waiting... FR ships real fast...

I think your correct in being upset especially being told one thing and then something else has happened. I wold cancel the order with your CC company and they will reimburse the entire amount, to hell with the 5% charge, thats not your fault....

I'd like to know what Phastek has to say about this too. Being a sponsor of the forum, they should have the opportunity to make it right/fix it so the customer is satisfied. After all, that is whom they serve.

I would also rather know up front before placing the order that a 5% cancel fee applies (when I order on the phone and not after I order). I would also hope that is noted on the invoice before I press the payment button if I order on their website. Since I have not order from them yet, I don't know for sure -- but would expect it.

If both times I were told they are shipped and find out the item was not, then the 5% should not be charged when I want the order cancelled -- even if 5 business days have not passed.

I would believe Phastek would come through as there appears to be many who have had excellent service from them.

Timely Receipt of Merchandise
Under federal law, you must receive merchandise you ordered from a catalog within a reasonable time after placing your order. If the seller cannot ship on time, you have the right to cancel. If the seller advertises a six-week wait, that is a reasonable time. Generally, if the seller does not state a delivery time, 30 days is considered reasonable.

If your shipment is delayed, the company must notify you of the new delivery date and allow you to cancel the order if you choose not to wait the extra time. If you have already paid for the product with cash, check or money order, the seller has seven days to refund your money. If you bought on credit, the seller has one billing cycle to adjust your account.

If the seller is unable to ship within the promised time period the products you ordered, the law requires the seller to notify you of your right to cancel the order. The company must send you a postage-paid business-reply envelope or provide a toll-free number so that you can cancel your order or inform the seller that you still want the product.

If the company informs you that it cannot promise you a definite shipping date, you should cancel your order. Even if you consent to an indefinite delay, you still have the right to cancel the order if 30 days pass and you have not received the order.

This pertains to buying Online from a Website or ordering product on the Phone from a website. DO NOTE there is nothing stated that says the seller has a right to charge a cancellation fee for the above situations..
