I am a little concerned and I for sure have been lied to on two occasions. Ordered a set of ZL1 replica wheels with lug nuts five days ago . I was told wheels were in stock in California and they would be shipped within 24 hours. lug nuts were shipped after 3 days from Georgia. Contacted customer service and they assured me wheels would ship that day which was 2 days ago .Now 4th of July and I can only assume it will be at least Monday before they are shipped, that makes 1 week since ordering. Had I known up front it was going to be a week I wouldn't have ordered them. And now to cancel the order that has not been shipped they said would cost me 5% cancellation fee. They maybe the best place to do business for some but I am extremely unhappy with the whole experience so far. So No More Phastek for me..........Smyffa

Let me be more clear about my patience comment. Ordered 5 days ago so you placed your order on a Sunday (fed ex and ups closed) and probably phastek but I'm not sure. Even if the wheels shipped 2 days ago, again most shipping companies will be closed the 4th anyway making delivery day probably Monday anyway. I'll give you benefit of he doubt though. Say they won't ship until Monday and you get your wheels Tuesday or Wednesday, that's still not bad. I've waited wayyy longer than that for wheels I've ordered. Things come up/ things happen. I'm all about writing a review ( good or bad) but not 5 days after an order was placed. Give it a little time. I just think it's a bit unfair to phastek.

I think mine took 5-7 business days to get (shipped to indiana). Why did you need them in less than a week? I know we all are impatient but what's another few days?

If I placed a order and was told it would ship within 24 hours and it took 4x that amount I'd be upset too. But are you certain they didn't ship? There are a few things that are unclear, being upset they haven't shipped is 1 thing but being upset you haven't yet received them when placing the order on a holiday week is another

Not sure how many days in your week but 5 days ago for me was Monday, second of all I was told they would ship within 24 hrs, then I was told on Wednesday they were going out that day. And the reason I wanted them that quick was next Thursday I am leaving the country for 3 weeks and the car was going in the shop while I was gone for some up grades that included the wheels. With me being gone I now have 1100.00 worth of wheels that no one will be around to accept. The fact remains they haven't even come close to what they said was going to happen. Now do you guys feel any better about my reason?

Well knowing you're going out of the country, maybe you should have ordered them a little sooner. Them giving you misinformation sucks but you're talking about a few days not any obscene amount of time.

I didn't need them this week but I wanted them by the 10th for sure. and I know they haven't shipped because I checked before they closed on the 3rd. and I doubt they are open today.

I ordered them as soon as I could ,I bought the car last Friday about 4 pm so Monday was the first day I had a chance to order them .

Back to my original statement ,,,I ask how soon they would ship and if they were in stock and I was told they are in stock and will ship within 24 hours so 4 to five days shipping time was great, because I had at least nine days to get them here. Then I was lied to Wednesday when I was told they were being shipped that day, which did not happen and I checked right before they closed yesterday and they didn't ship then either
