Most of all I am really sorry Jeanius that a day that could have been so exciting and so cool and memorable went sour. There is no excuse for the finance guys attitude or treatment of you. Taking the picture was creative. But further I would have told you like I told the finance manager that I bought my last car from...."Sir, I am going to make you famous...." and did, letters to BBB, GM, Dealship, general manager and forums all over the internet.....ah sweet revenge! Hey, I think this finance guy was really lucky in this case because had you kicked his ass you could have patched him up with your EMT training.

That sucks the big one. Some people have no business being in the business they are in. I was fortunate to have a better experience than that.

It was the 3rd new vehicle i've bought from my dealer and they knew what this deal meant to me. I was treated as though I was buying a Rolls. They knew I was flying in from out of town and picking the car up that evening on my way home from the airport. They literally rolled out the black carpet for me (black car). That was a cool touch. My salesman was there for me all the way from getting on top of their list over a year ago to faxing me the order info so i could place my order from out of state on Oct 13, right through all the order changes as production issues came about. I wish everyone could have the same buying experience.

In fact you intentionally pushed buttons...Put it this way, If someone is a jerk and doesn't know better I can deal with it cause what are you gonna do but to intentionally be a jerk and intentionally cause an issue...well you fall into a group I call "dicks" he is a salesman, finance or not, he sells he makes his money this way. you are an EMS and have no reason to be the way you were. It couldnt have been more of an unpleasant experience than when you turn down the salesman trying to sell you a timeshare.

I usually just look the things over they try to sell you for a moment and act like Im considering it, then politefully decline. If they keep up with the hard sell, I get more irritated and rude.

I threw the Kirby salesman out of my house once. That bastard was complaining because I wouldn't buy it, and taking his sweet time cleaning his unit while still bitching.

Told him to take a hike and clean it somewhere else.

When I showed up at my dealer, it was all paid for except for $3200 which I had cash in pocket.

Still took 3 hours to drive away, sign this, sign that, go down to this office let us try to sell you this, go to the window give this girl your cash, zerox my license, we need to see your insurance card....wtf?
