Use a leaf blower, it is the best way.

The leaf blower can be counter productive if you are blowing up dust around the car and causing it to land on it. Too much power. I'll use my RIGID shop vac now and again which acts as a blower if you put the vac hose on the exhaust outlet instead. It's lower power and will at least get the heavy water out of the cracks.

I'm concerned about my MF towels (sams Club), because I have verified that they WILL scratch my paint if I rub and push hard. I'm prob going to try some Meguiars MF. Any good online sources for towels or is the meguiar's web site the best price?

I have confirmed. An absorber that has been used will collect tiny particles which will in fact scratch a a cd as well as your car. It will be hard to have a perfectly clean absorber without buying a new one every time. I have used Sham-Wow, let me just say this is the worst product you can use for drying a car. It doesn't pick up water like an absorber, it leaves water spots all over your vehicle even after a wringed out pass. I also hear microfiber towels can scratch the paint or leave swirl marks when you use them for taking off wax. Haven't tried the big blue III yet. Has anyone come up with a fool proof non scratch system for washing/drying cars?
So far my favorite is using the absorber but I just found out today it can be harmful.

I use a leaf blower and there is no dust at all, I wash my camaro in my driveway where there is no dust and the pavement is wet so even if there was dust it would not blow around, I would not suggest using a leaf blower if your washing your car on a dirt ground, but i love the leaf blower, it makes the Camaro always look like it just came off the showroom floor.

I use an auto squeegee to get most of the water off. Then an air compressor with a moisture dryer to get the cracks, emblems, lug nut holes, and most of the rest of the water. And then a chamois for all the little water spots, door jams, and hood and trunk openings. A big key is to dry in a shaded area to prevent the water from drying to fast.

I used one with the same mph (200) and the same kind of tip. It worked ok for the grill, wheels, and mirrors. It just wasn't enough power to blow the water completely off the painted surface. This could be because the mph wasn't high enough or the tip wasn't necked down enough. Someone that uses a dryer or blower please chime in about this.

Its very easy to set up. You take the Cartridge and place it in the canister. The canister accepts standard hose end thread that you would pick up at the garden supply store/home depot, etc. You run a piece of hose from the spicket to the "IN" side of the canister and take the other hose and hook it up to the "out" side. And thats it. Its ready to go! The water feeds in to the canister, fills up and neutralizes before exiting out the other side and being sprayed on the car No special tools or anything is required.
