It looks like the sheetmetal was all intact and so you should just need a new bumper cover and grille.

Thanks for all the well wishes!

Things are looking up. The girl got dumped by her ex (or is that her ex-ex?) already. She called me today to try and work it out. I told her that I'd meet her for dinner and then didn't show and I've blocked her calls. Yeah, it's immature, but it feels good!

The truck is still running without any problems. Again, go figure. I'll keep the rotor in mind if it does this again. In the mean time, I've just bought new shocks, brakes, ball joints and have a new set of tires on the way. I'll get that all installed in the next few weeks and maybe that will settle the jealousy down.

Body shop told me the parts will be in the first week of November and gave me the car back to drive until then. I was able to snap the bowtie back on the grille so it doesn't look as bad now. The Camaro runs fine, I'd even say better than before. Oh and the Insurance is waiving the deductible since both vehicles are insured with the same company. WIN!

My friend at the dealership told me that the part numbers for the slave cylinder have already changed, so it makes me wonder how many others have seen this problem?

Anyways, I know things are going to be fine, and I do appreciate all the support!

Good to hear...

I still cannot believe all those things happened in the same day, at the same time, to the same guy...:(

Things have to get better for you now...you used up all your bad luck(hopefully) for the whole year...
