95% of fuel distributed is shared/common fuel from the refineries. Sometimes with a little container dumped in at the tanker terminal before delivery to "put a tiger in your tank", lol.
This video confirms my original post/experiences reported from when I worked in a service station back in HS.

Well that little container they're dumping? Is making that name brand gas much better than the no name. Believe it or not. Just like oil. Go get the cheap pennzoil or Quaker state thinking it's the same as Mobil 1, redline or Amsoil. Redline and Amsoil are excellent. Pay a little more? But after 100-300k mi? They'll look as good as new internally.

I only run Shell or BP in my Bolton and tuned SS with Shell being the preference for me. For some reason the car loves the Shell over the BP and my but dyno can tell the difference, don't quite know why, but there is a difference in the 2 fuels. I have tried others such as Hess, Sunoco, Chevron, and it being THE worst, car didn't like it for some reason, so Shell is pretty much all I will run. I drive the car every day and drive it hard.
