I saw the pics above and was going to ask if you were running your a/c, but you already found it. So far looking good. I'm interested in how much power you make. What are the other mods to your car?

I just have an x pipe and a tune from a local guy who is really good. I'm interested in this kit and your build. Keep up the good work. Take your time and double check everything as you go.

Thanks ndtguy! I have the usual bolt ons. I hope to have the AC belt on, trans cooler lines hooked up, find the other radiator bracket bolt (lol), and fluids going in tomorrow.
In other news, my tune must have been spot on!!!
ALL of my plugs looked like this.... WITH ABOUT 1,000ISH MILES!!!

I am no expert bruh, but that looks like a fuel/air ratio issue. The car is just begging for some E85. It burns soooo clean and from what I hear you can run it a little rich and it wont foul the plugs.

I know! Do you think that is why I am only getting 11.3 MPG around town? No matter how I drive...... I tried telling him. And on "burnout" tunes, it was falling on it's face. He said there's no difference except the brake light/pedal sensor?!!! FINALLY looked at that tune......"Oh here, try this one......."

Was it a remote tune, or in person?

I'm looking forward to seeing what power the Rotrex makes.

I know you are a "do it yourself" kind of guy, and I respect that, I truly do!

But when you get this thing all together you need to find a good tuner and dyno combo because monitoring a pull can tell a good tuner many things besides just the HP being laid down. Yes, its gonna cost you ~ $500-$600 but as I found out, even the new injectors have to be tuned together with the engine. When I made the swap from 1000 to 1700X injectors he spent some time getting the tune right and that was looking at all of the data during the pull.

It could be the remote tune you are getting is from a friend and I also understand that, but you just put a lot of BST into this build my friend and you owe it to yourself and your engine to get the tune spot on!

I am done preaching

Thanks man! I am taking it to a dyno tuner when it is done. I am over the "remote" tunes! Especially after seeing ALL my plugs like that.

Yeah. I feel a little overwhelmed. Taking on too much right now. Trying to do the supercharger, angel, demon, fog lights, and boost, afr gauge all at once. By my lonesome. AND I have NEVER DONE ANY OF THIS. Pray for me!!!! LOL

Just take your time and dont rush, I have done all my installs by my self and if you concentrate at doing quality work the first time no matter how long it takes it usually saves you time in the long run not to mention trips to the liquor store
