Again with the interior. I really really hope this remains a minority complaining about it and Chevy does not change it. I do not want something plain in my interior, I want the interior made specifically for the Camaro. And frankly, if you're really serious about considering another car because of the interior you weren't serious to start with about the Camaro. Just my opinion.

They won't be changing it at this point. What you see is what you get. But I DO urge anybody with reservations about it: Wait until you actually sit inside of it and touch/feel things before you judge it.

i thought it was going to be a larger SS emblem in the middle of the steering wheel. i like the nice subtle ss on the bottom though. very cool.

I prefer no Camaro emblems, just "SS" wherever they are.

one color... ice blue is the standard color and the red is included with the "inferno orange accent package"

yup... IVER cars, as close to the real thing as they may be, are not complete cars... the steering wheel controls and several other things are missing from them... they were not deemed necessary for the testing that they were doing on this model, so they were left out.

might have to ask the disciples, but I kind of think they indicated that only on certain cars were you going to be able to get the inferno orange package... if I had to guess, red and (duh!) inferno orange would be the colors it was included with... but dont hold me to that red color.

Oh I know it won't be changed now. I'm afraid they'll change it in a few years before I can get the car.

My vote is for CAMARO in the middle of the steering wheel and the small SS at the bottom.

I do, I'm not buying it because it's a camaro, but because of it's performance, looks, and it's interior is a big factor in deciding, after all, what do you sit in and operate when your driving

they can make the hottest car on the outside, but if the interior is crap, well it just wont sell outside of the fanbase
The solution to ALL your problems is an Audi S5. There is no interior on the planet better than the Audi S5. I actually like the Camaro's interior. I wasn't excited about the gauge pod, but it is growing on me. Keep in mind most of the people on this forum are buying the car because its a camaro, and that's OK.

Man, are you out of your mind? As far as interior, nothing I mean nothing comes close to the refinement, and fit and finish of an Audi. BMW is nice but nothing seems to flow, it looks like the thought process was great on one aspect and then, "oh we have to add this part. OK now where are we going to put this, now this is blocked let's just change it here and it will look OK"

I have to agree... it's about time car makers made interiors that go against the norm. I love the interior of my current car (06 Civic Si) and it is so different to other cars on the market and look... ooooh... the Civic is the number one selling car in the USA, even with that radical looking Dash.

The Camaro NEEDs an interior that sets it apart from other Chevy models... I mean I've said it before... the Challenger looks awesome from the outside, but inside it's just the same old Dodge parts bin... nothing has been done to make the interior feel like you are in a Challenger, or even something special... that's why I am going for the Camaro when the time comes.
