Nice ad! Nice car! We can only hope that an SS is around $30K. I hope a fully loaded SS is under 30K ( it could happen )

It could but I doubt it. If edmunds is right, I'd bet the price for an entry SS is 29,995 and it just goes up from there. I don't think that's unreasonable. And it's right in line with what I've heard from fbodfather. A grand over a Mustang GT. It's worth it too.
Going from what the one guy said earlier, it'll be a matter of convincing the general public If it's 30k and pummels the Mustang in performance, it'll be a no-brainer to a car guy, but to a guy who just wants a flashy car it'll be more expensive. But looks will come into play just as much if not more than performance. And it'll depend on who likes what more. People clearly like the looks of the Mustang, but will they like the Camaro enough to drop a few extra k on it? |

This could be the "My own Worst Enemy" car. It prolly is.
Nice to see new pics of it, though. PS - Fergie can come say hello to me anytime she wants.

I am happy to say that I was WRONG about the price of a v-8 camaro. I am getting one of these just as soon as I can afford one

Sorry officer

I think the SS bumper is awsome! I think I'll replace the bowtie with a SS badge. Pay a little homage to the 68-69 Camaro. But I have annother thought. Is the mail slot air intake functional? If not I was thinking of adding Knight Rider scanner lights. What do you guys and girls think?

No Z/28 this time... but I'm sure they'll bring it back in '11 or '12 thru popular demand. imo

I think his line of thinking was something along the lines of "do you see big wings on BMW or Cadillac"...I remember reading the quote in a couple of articles and fist-pumped. |

Don't take the 30k as gospel, its just Edmunds' estimate.

Why don't people like the SS bumper? I love it...it sets the SS apart from the V6. And I really hope that it is $30K because I want that 400 hp

Nothing too shocking here. We've seen the SS look before and I'm sure many if not most of us were expecting the SS to sticker right around $30K. I know I was estimating a starting price for the SS around $29K with a loaded example around $35-37K, depending on what options are actually available.
