Wow, I never realized there were so many people on this site that lived so close to Charleston.. I will be getting my car next week but unfortunately I will be out of town that weekend :(. Oh well, maybe next time. On a separate note, do any of you know of a good shop to get custom paint and upholstery work done near Charleston?

Sounds like it could be good fun. Count me in pending any problems once I get my car over to the dealer... *grumbles about having syncro issues*

FYI -- First post here, been stalking for a while... but this looks like fun

Hell yeah man!! I love checking out old Camaros!!! Especially just listening to them run. I almost bought a '68 and then realized I didn't have time to maintain it.

sure are!

I've spread the word to a few of my local car clubs and they are planning on bringing out a handful of 4th gens and I've got one 3rd gen lined up working on getting my 78 out there.

Aw..My wife and I will be in Charleston, but we will be at the Charleston Brewvival.( Big beer event) from 12-6.
Probably will stick to the hotel shuttle after that.

You have to have a ticket. It is all specialty beers from different brewers around the country.
