Would not consider.

Phenixdragon; SS and LT are not model designations. The model is Camaro. I have owned several 1968 Camaros, they were badged as SS, RS , and of course SS/RS, or simply Camaro. I agree that the LT's should be badged as such and designate RS by color as they do with the SS.

Agreed!

BTW... what's an LS? Basically the same as an LT, with no bells and whistles.

I've heard Camaros from multiple generations referred to as RS. Don't let it get under your skin, ain't worth it.

Back on topic: NEVER!!!!

I do not valet the Camaro. I have a very hard time giving my key to anyone other than my wife. And that makes me nervous sometimes too. Call me OCD.

I see it as people who put 'GT-R' badges on their car when it's not a GT-R, just this the manufacture is doing. Hopefully that's not confusing but for another thread.
who cares

The only one to drive mine other than me was the guy at Town Fair Tire... for maybe 30 yards, and he knew I was watching. I like to valet my cars, but this one... it makes me really nervous. I haven't done it yet...

I do and others do too. How about I go out and buy myself a nice GT500 emblem and place it on my car and call it a GT500? Or how about the classic GT-R emblem people put on their cars, even Mustangs, and call it a GT-R? You are just buying an RS badge to make your car something it's not. There is no C5 Camaro RS. But this is for a different thread.
