Yes, 4.75" = 120.65mm & 120mm = 4.72" (difference of .03" = close enough, they will fit).

Just recently someone was selling a pair of 18" Nurburgrings with NT05R tires in the members for sale section for 800.00.

I run the 20" Nurburgrings and they only weight 23 lbs (front 20x9) and 24 lbs (rear 20x10). I'm using the NT555R 305/35/20 drag radials. My best 60' is 1.74 sec with this setup (bolt ons).
