GM has said all along that the Orange Accent would be with black leather only.

I agree that looks like gray with the orange, not black. Also PRE production models. Not neccessarily what will come off the line.

This whole argument about what appears black or gray in these pics has already taken place on another thread, I just can't find it now.

All you have to do is look at this one picture to tell how much light can make. The closest seat has the most light = more grey. The other, closer to black.

I agree it looked gray in Indy, but the orange looks more red in mine and others pics as well. But all the documentation states it will be IO with black.......not gray. Now, is the black with the IO the JET BLACK listed in the portfolio or is it just black......leading to dark gray?

I don't know what it's gonna be other than what we have been told or seen......all I know is it's back, it's bad ass and they are getting closer to our driveways every day!!

Good picture of black leather seats in Victory Red RS (with V8 engine but V6 front bumper) at the Miami Auto show taken without the flash.. If you rub some leather protectant on the seats it can have the same shine as the one you guys are all drooling over in the pic below mine...

Ok, I ordered a blk 2SS w/blk orange accent interior. Hardest decision I ever made on a car purchase. It's extremely loud but it also looks really cool. My solution is to buy seat covers and apply as needed. Added bonus, protection of seat surface from loose bowels during extreme acceleration.

Oh yea, and I ordered the orange rally stripe package. Saw it on the dealers order book and it looked excellent, but now I'm having second thoughts. Might be to much orange.

I don't think so, it should look cool. If they offered a victory red accent package I would have added that option to my black SS.
