It was extremely sunny and it was great weather outside so I spent a good 4 hours washing my car, used my new Porter cable machine polish that I got for my birthday, and completed my first full detail job, and it looked the best it has ever looked! Then I went to dinner with my dad after dark, and it starts to rain

...and my car is an outside car, so it won't be clean much longer, but here is a picture of it before it got rained on!

Picked her up from the shop... In the last 6 weeks, I've had rims powdercoated and painted, custom red leather accents added, door/dash panels and bezels painted... She finally looks complete!!

Took her home and gave her a bath (6 weeks in and out of the shop in western WA weather had her a bit grimey...)

Today are mayor implemented odd/even gas days because of a gas shortage due to that bitch Sandy. So today I got to stand on a line to fill 'er up..

Took her to a DIY car wash due to NJ water use restrictions. Not my best work but what can one do after that (above mentioned) bitch Sandy came through and touched so many lives. Feel selfish even posting this.

I used a California dusters to get her ready for tomorrow gathering to meet up with the one and only FbodFather. He will be in San Diego for a Volt demo and lunch date with fellow Camaro owners.

Put the top down and drove it up to Shady Valley Tn. and took some videos with my Go Pro. When I got home I had an Idea on moving the camera mount from the center top of the dash to the top of the windshield header panel where it is hidden from view when the top is up and I can use it when the top is down to do my videos.
here are a couple screen shots. first one is the inside view, I never liked the glare from the reflection of the dashboard in the windshield, the second is where I mounted it on the windshield Header, a much better view in my opinion,

drove it. 60 miles to Dryden in a snow storm, got a haircut a fue grocerys and drove home though the same storm.

pulled off each wheel for hand polishing. cleaned and polished her calipers too. we discussed painting the inner wheel hub IOM to match the car. will look into it.
