I know it was that way for LS Fest last year and of course left them at the house and had to wait on the wife to bring them to me in the afternoon. Not making that mistake again this year.

mlee, can you confirm this is a legit opening? No offense stratman. How do you handle switching the registered name? I ask because I'm interested.

mlee, we're getting close. Do you have a schedule set up yet? Need to know when tech is going to be, etc. I may be doing the last few hours of the drive in from VA early Thursday morning...

His post says for Friday track day. This is the Thursday track event.

As BaylorCamaro said he may have posted this in the wrong thread. The Friday event is different.

I have changed the OP back to Sold Out. Get with Michaels Maro and ensure the transaction is good if you want to do Friday.

I'm going solely off assumption here, but the events I went to were self tech.

After the safety meeting and track talk cars will be grouped and the actual schedule will happen at the track depending on how long check ins take. Just show up as early as you can with your travels. There will be more track time than you can probably handle so no worries there.

...and Ditto what Tysen said. Just make sure you have long pants and a helmet

We'll probably check the most important things which are the most easily noticeable...tires, brake lights, mufflers, helmets, etc. I'd like to hand out as many wrist bands as possible Wed night at the host hotel, get as many cars tech'ed as possible, and alleviate as much busy work as I can the day before. If not, I'll be there bright and early with several others making sure tech gets done.

Thanks guys. If my Mahle pistons arrive on time today, I'll be loading the car up Wed fresh from JPSS, fully race prepped, so you can probably save some time by skipping my tech inspection

Good deal. We'll still need to get a couple track forms signed which we can knock out Wed night at the host hotel...and we'll get your wristband to you then too.
